Weather Talk
By Mark Vogan

A very cold start with a low dipping to 22 degrees here at the house with a harsh frost, Southern Uplands remains well snowcovered, even down to relatively low levels!

At elevations above 800-1,000 feet snow lay relatively deep over the Southern Uplands of Scotland... Here is a 2-minute video I captured this afternoon as I drove through Britain's "Highest" village, Wanlockhead (Dumfries and Galloway), elevation: 1,531 feet above sea level. I was surprised to see this much snow!
