Latest observation from the airport near Moorhead, MN (just across the border from Fargo, ND), shows an air temperature of 93 degrees F and a dew point temperature of 88 degrees F (levels usually seen in the Amazon or some other extremely tropical place). This results in a heat index of 130 degrees!!!
Not only is that heat index unbelievable, but the dew point as well!
